GEEKVAULT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance for those users who accept it through registration of a GeekVault account, and from 28th March 2020 for existing users.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur GeekVault.co.uk cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
GeekVault reserve the right to cancel orders and provide refunds at our discretion. If an order is cancelled we will contact you via email to provide an explanation.
GeekVault returns policy has been set up to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us (via. Our ‘Contact us’ page) stating reason for return and be in receipt of a returns authorisation number (RA - Same as Order number) before sending any item back. Any product without a RA number will not be refunded. If our labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Geekvault.co.uk will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping back to GeekVault.co.uk is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees at this time till expansion.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within 3-5 days of its arrival/return and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer maybe subject to only receiving a partial refund; Products damaged in transit on return to GeekVault are also liable.

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for underwear, swimsuits or piercing jewellery (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like, if we are unable to find a replacement we will refund you)
Discounted or our end of line products cannot be refunded or replaced for new or alternative products.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the correct product/s, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, you can expect to receive the correct item or a replacement within 3-5 working days of GeekVault receiving the faulty/incorrect item.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either to your home or place of work.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period/national holidays, please allow an extra two working days.
We charge a fixed rate for postage and packaging (We reserve the right to change our fixed rate at any time without prior notice - however we will make it clear and apparent if this rate changes, we recommend checking this page regularly for updates/amendments).
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days but sometimes due to high order volume, certain in sales periods, please allow 4 days past the expected delivery date before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Orders which need a signature, if you are not present, a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office. Each item will be attempted to be delivered at the discretion of our chosen courier/delivery service, as such . Failed attempted deliveries are subject to the services provided by the chosen courier/delivery service.
Orders being shipped outside of the UK can expect longer wait times for delivery. Customers are responsible for any import tax/customs, please contact your local customs authority for more information.

During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you, enables us to communicate with you and ship good/services too.

Please read them carefully, GeekVault controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of this site and materials contained.
If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

GeekVault grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale of the site's contents, any collection or any products for commercial use. It also excludes any use of product listings, descriptions or prices and any derivative use of this site or its contents. Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools are forbidden.
This site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied or sold – resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial use without written consent of GeekVault.

We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. This may mean we have cancelled and refunded your order and will contact you at our earliest convenience.
