This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance for those users who accept it through registration of a GeekVault account, and from 11th January 2025 for existing users.
Ordering
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur GeekVault.co.uk may not be able to accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
We operate 7 days a week. We aim to pick and pack within 2 to 3 working days of orders (however online orders may experience delays over the weekends as these are not counted as working days).
GeekVault reserve the right to cancel orders and provide refunds at our discretion. If an order is cancelled we will contact you via email to provide an explanation.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order before it’s processing has been completed (usually within 48 hours). Orders you wish to cancel after completion have to start the returns process (this usually requires the customer to wait for delivery of the completed purchase – if already shipped), and may be liable for an administrative restocking fee of 15% of your refund if necessary. Returns Policy
GeekVault returns policy has been set up to make the process as easy for you as possible.
You may cancel or return your online order/purchase within 28 days from the day the goods were delivered to either (1) your home address; or (2) collected from in-store.
You must contact us (via. Our ‘Contact us’ page) stating reason for return and be in receipt of (1)a returns authorisation number (RA – Same as Order number) before sending any item back for online purchases (2) a receipt provided with purchase (this can be text, email or print) in store. Any product without a RA number cannot be refunded.
Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in their original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken – or the warranty becomes void.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Geekvault.co.uk will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping back to GeekVault.co.uk is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees at this time till expansion.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within 3-5 days of its arrival/return and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer maybe subject to only receiving a partial refund; Products damaged in transit on return to GeekVault are also liable.

Non-Returnable
For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for underwear, swimsuits or piercing jewellery (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products can be exchanged like for like, if we are unable to provide a replacement you will be refund)
Discounted or sold “damaged” products cannot be refunded or replaced for new or alternative products, as they are sold already at discounted costs with the customers acknowledgement of the products defect.
Consumable goods (TCG’s, Drinks, food, etc.) are also not refundable/returnable due to their consumable nature and lack of tamper proof.
Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in as pristine condition as we receive them from our wholesalers. Some items may have light wear and tear from Factory. These are not covered as damaged goods as this is how they arrive from factory.
If you do not receive the correct product/s, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, you can expect to receive the correct item or a replacement within 3-5 working days of GeekVault receiving the faulty/incorrect item.
Shipping and Delivery Service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either to your home or place of work.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period/national holidays, please allow an extra two working days.
We charge a fixed rate for postage and packaging, to provide the best service for all our customers. Our flat rate fee for the UK is £4.49 for smaller and medium parcels, with a surcharge of £9.99 for some bigger items. (We reserve the right to change our fixed rate at any time without prior notice – however we will make it clear and apparent if this rate changes, we recommend checking this page regularly for updates/amendments).
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of posting, but sometimes due to high order volume, in certain sales periods, please allow 4 work days past the expected delivery date before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Orders which need a signature if you are not present a card will be left, at the discretion of the courier, to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office. Each item will be attempted to be delivered at the discretion of our chosen courier/delivery service, as such . Failed attempted deliveries are subject to the services provided by the chosen courier/delivery service.
GeekVault can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
International Delivery
Orders being shipped outside of the UK can expect longer wait times for delivery and varying flat rate postage fees to provide the best service for all our customers. Customers are responsible for any import tax/customs, please contact your local customs authority for more information.
GeekVault can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
Privacy Notice
